Capricornio has been one of our longest partnerships over the years, and they are responsible for producing some of the absolute tastiest and most exciting coffees that Brazil has to offer. Working very closely with Luiz Saldanha and the Capricornio team, we have developed a seamless synergy between our companies. Alike to Capricornio, we also share their vision to think differently and challenge paradigms, so here we are.
Capiricornio’s mission is to achieve and promote sustainability through regenerative agriculture. Capricornio prides itself on its extreme intentionality by working with coffees grown in equal compliance with ecological, social, and economic standards, thereby providing coffee farmers and their families with a permanent livelihood.
Luiz Saldanha is an agronomic engineer with an MBA in Production Management and is currently a member of the Biotechnology research program from the Federal Technical University of Paraná. He is a certified Q-Grader, a Q-Processing Level 3 Expert, Q Processing Instructor, and a National and International Judge for the Cup of Excellence Program (COE).
