Jhoan is a third-generation coffee farmer at the forefront of coffee cultivation and innovative post-harvest coffee processing. He has been passionate about the alchemy of coffee and learning the science that holds the secrets to its complex flavors since he was a boy growing up among the coffee trees. He studied at SENA, where he deepened his knowledge in agronomy, post-harvest production, and sensory analysis.

Today, the coffees produced by Jhoan have become recognized globally and are considered as some of the absolute best coffees produced in Colombia. They have gained acclaim on the world stage, having won numerous world championships in various competitions and auctions worldwide.
